I have used this dentist for many years and now know and trust the dentist and hygienist well, it that changed I would have to build up trust with a new person.

Jason made sure both he (and I!) understood what I wanted and what the options to achieve this could be on the next phase of my treatment

Seeing Mr Guppy as part of continuing care for over 20 years for a difficult implant situation is very reassuring. The staff at the centre are helpful, friendly and very efficient.

Tracy the hygienist went out of her way to listen to my needs and provide tailored support to resolve tooth problems, giving good advice, listening and being very kind. Her care of my teeth and professionalism is exceptional.

Dr Cross was fantastic. I was very anxious and he spent time to give me lots of reassurance. He was detailed and specific, went over all of my options, and spent time listening to my concerns. He went above and beyond the expectations I had about the appointment. I can't thank him enough.
